Aubree, Izzie & Gretta
We flew out on Monday night to California. Our flight was 3 hours late from SLC to LAX. Luckily the SLC airport has a nice children's play place, so the girls were pretty entertained. They both stayed awake the whole flight even thought it was so late. They were both so excited they could hardly stand it.
We actually ran into Allison Romero Fors' sister Sarah at the airport. She was on our flight and sat next to use. It was fun to chat with her a bit more. You almost always see someone from BYU at the airport flying during holiday times.
Tuesday morning the girls wanted to sit in the hot tub. Gretta even braved the big pool, but it was way to cold. Then we headed to South Pasadena. We meet up with my friend Sara Knapp for lunch at McDonald's and then headed to Garfield park and meet up with some more friends. Gretta had been looking forward to playing with Izzie and Aubree for weeks. It was fun to see Nicole and Suzette too. Plus we ran into a girl from the first ward Eric and I were in after getting married. It's always a small world in the church!
After the playdate we headed to another favorite place... Yogurtland!!!
Tuesday night Nicole gave Gretta a cute hair cut! It is the first time in really a year that it has looked cute again. I am so glad it is looking better.
