The pediatrician noticed a heart mummer at William's 4 month Well Child Check up and sent us to the Cardiologist for follow up.
It turns out he has a Peripheral Pulmonic Stenosis (PPS) Heart Mummer. A PPS is the narrowing in the pulmonary arteries that take blood from the hear to the lungs. It's common and usually goes away. Yeah! No need to worry yet. It usually goes away by 6-9 months of age.
Here he is getting his EKG. What a cutie!
Pulse 124
Respiration 32
Height 0.625 M or 4%
Weight 14lbs 2.3 oz 7%
Head Circumference 42 cm 28%
O2 Sat 97%
