Good Friends

Our good friends the Erickson's are in town for Nicole's brother's wedding. They are really busy with wedding preparations, but still were kind enough to find some time to squeeze in a visit. Nicole's parents happen to live really close to Gretta's preschool, so after preschool we dropped by. Gretta was so excited about it. She couldn't talk about anything else all day. She and Aubree have literally been friends since they were born. Their isolates were next to each other in the NICU. They are one week apart. It has been fun to see them grow up together. Eliza and Haylee are also only 2 weeks apart.
Thanks Erickson's for a fun visit! We can't wait to see you in California this December.

Fall leaves

Yesterday the girls and I had a good time raking the fall leaves up and jumping in them. It is a good thing we did it yesterday because it snowed today! Can you believe it! It snowed on October 27th! I think it might be a cold winter in Provo. We sure had a fun time outside yesterday.

Grandma Linda & Papa Dennis come to visit

Eric went to New York City on Tuesday with the BYU Graduate Finance Club to check out job opportunities in New York. Linda graciously offered to come visit while he was gone to help with with the girls. She arrived Wednesday night. It was wonderful to have her here. The girls enjoyed spending some time with Grandma again. It reminded them of their "Tuesday's with Grandma". I had to work Thursday and Friday day and she watched them. Thursday night we went to the Homecoming Spectacular. The talent at BYU is just amazing! The performers are all truly world class.
Friday morning Papa Dennis arrived. Friday night we got Chinese food which is Gretta's favorite. Saturday morning we took some family pictures. They will in an upcoming post. Saturday afternoon Dennis took Brittany and Gretta to CornBelley's at Thanksgiving point. (Pictures to also come in a later post.) Saturday night we all went to the disappointing BYU homecoming game against TCU.
Today we went to cousin Jerry's new house to help celebrate Darron's, Jerry's and Linda's birthday's. Breanne and Jerry's new house is just beautiful. Gretta was so excited to see baby David and had a great time playing in their backyard.

Cornbelly's with Grandpa and Brittany

Grandpa Fors took Gretta to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving point this Saturday. They had a great time. Gretta especially enjoyed meeting the pumpkin princess this time.
