Special Quilts

Here is Eliza with two special quilts she received. The top one is from our good family friend, Millicent. It is such a nice quilt. It is so soft and has a lot of fun textures for her to play with. I really admire hand made quilts. When I was pregnant and on bed rest with Gretta I decided I wanted to learn how to quilt. It only took one lesson for me to decided it wasn't for me.

The bottom one with her name on it is from my Grandparents. It is special because they helped tie it and it was also made with love. My favorite blanket as a child was giving to me by my grandparents.
