Operation Cougar Blue

Well, the time has finally come. We have begun operation Cougar Blue at the South Pas Fors household. Ironically, we managed to keep all but a few of our moving boxes from when we first moved down to South Pas over 4 years ago. I guess Gretchen knew that if we kept the boxes there was a better chance that we would end up living somewhere other than on the 710/210 Freeway connector (i.e. Fremont Ave. in South Pasadena!).

Our gracious home teacher, Ryan Camacho, came over yesterday and gave us his last message, which was to share his words of wisdom from moving 7 TIMES since he's been married. This guy is a pro. Quick tips: buy color coded tape for each room of the place you are moving into - that way people won't be constantly asking you on the unloading - "hey where does this go?" and have a "2 week supply of everything" so that you can carry on just fine for the first little while as you begin unpacking.

As I'm sure many of you, our friends, are aware, packing is extremely stressful. And the fact that both of us will be working up until D-Day only complicates things.

However, I know that with Gretchen by my side, we will prevail!! Go Cougs!

Eric

PS. One of my good friends pointed out that Eric doesn't say why we are moving back to Provo in the post. We are going back to Provo because he is going to MBA school at BYU this fall. And this is the great house we are moving into. We are so excited!!!

Good luck with the move. Some of us would still like to know what is taking you to Provo.
