Christmas cookies

 I made 5 dozen cookies for the MBA Spouses cookie swap. I wish I had taken a picture of all of the yummy cookies we got in return. 
Here is the recipe for these super easy cookies.

Christmas Cookies

1 box 18.25 oz pkg Pillsbury Moist Supreme Devil’s Food cake mix

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs

Directions:
Heat oven to 375 Deg. In large bowl combine cake mix, oil and eggs; stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With bottom of glass dipped in flour, flatten to ¼ inch thickness.

Bake at 375 deg for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown; cool 5 min and then place peppermint Hersey’s Kisses into cookies. Remove from cookie sheet.
