We had a great time at the beach on Saturday even if it was a red flag day and we couldn't get in the water. Eric had grand ideas of surfing but the buoy was off on the water temp by 20 degrees and he didn't know. Eric didn't bring his wet suit and the water was only 50 degree instead of 70. We ran into some surfer who came all the way from Muskegon to surf. They were putting on full wet suits including booties and hoods. That's when Eric realized his trunks weren't going to cut it. We enjoyed watching them. Hopefully Eric can catch a wave next time:)
Instead he enjoyed playing grip ball with the girls.
