Eliza got a beta fish for her birthday. I am happy to report that he is still alive 4 months later. Eliza wanted to name him lily even though I told her over and over colorful beta's are boys not girls. So he is Lily. Glad he doesn't know. I am the one who feeds him most of the time. Surprised? I the morning he begs for his food. It's pretty funny to me. He gets so excited when I feed him.
We babysat our friends poodle a couple of weeks ago. As much as I want a dog someday and as much as I really like their dog it reminded me I don't want one anytime soon. Lily is the perfect pet for right now.
