Disneyland for Gretta's 3rd Birthday

Eric and I took Gretta to Disneyland all by herself to celebrate her 3rd birthday. We took her a little early, so she was still free!!! We are going to buy her a pass for her birthday, but I wanted to wait until January, so we can all renew them at the same time.

We sure had a great time! Thanks Linda for watching Eliza.

Disneyland is beautiful at Christmas time.

We saw Mary Poppins.

After being closed 7 years the Sleeping Beauty attraction in the Castle opened two days before we went. Gretta was SO excited to get to go inside the Castle.

Here we are inside.

Gretta kissing her Prince Charming outside the Castle.

Gretta has been asking to see Reindeer for weeks, so our next stop was The Reindeer Roundup. Gretta was so excited to see a real reindeer.

Then we were off to see Winny the Pooh. Gretta wanted some honey too!

To bad it isn't real!

Then we watched the Christmas Parade. Gretta loves a good parade, and this one delivered.

Here come Mickey and Minnie!

The Princesses!!!
After being closed almost a whole year we were off to "It's a small world." This use to be Gretta's favorite ride. It was still a big hit! Luckily it seems the only thing they changed was the boats. It is still the same great classic ride.

Here is us on the boat.

Main Street all decorated for Christmas. Disneyland is Magical any time of the year.
We then went over the California Adventure to watch the new Pixar Parade. The parade was great! It was full of all of Gretta's movie favorites...Nemo, Buzz Lightyear, and woody.

Then the biggest treat of all..... We took Gretta to Ariel's Grotto for dinner. She loved it! We all had a good time, and Gretta especially enjoyed getting to meet the princesses.

Happy 3rd Birthday Gretta!!!
It was a magical evening. Gretta had such a wonderful time seeing all of the princesses. It was truly heart melting to see her so happy and excited.

After dinner we enjoyed a few rides at California Adventure. Gretta tricked the gate agent and us when she stood under the 40 inches tall sign before getting on this ride. We didn't know it until later, but she stood her tippy toes. She is one pretty smart girl!
She loved flying high in the sky. She is quite the dare devil.

It was a magical evening!!!
