My brand new stroller got broken during the flight to Hawaii. This is the second stroller that United has broken of mine. Next time I am taking my cheap one even if it means Eliza can't lay down to take a nap and Gretta can't stand on the back. United offered to pay to get it fixed. We sent it off yesterday. Hopefully everything works out.
