Way to much fun!

I am sad I don't have any pictures from the playground or pool. Shadow Ridge had a really nice playground and pool and it was nice that we were right across the street. I also didn't get any pictures of Grandma Linda and Grandpa Dennis. They came to Sunday dinner and then Grandpa golfed with the men on Monday and Grandma Linda came with us to the Pool. She must have gone down the slide with Gretta 25 times. The weather this year wasn't great. The high everyday was only around 65 deg. Even with it not being that warm we were able to swim every afternoon. Gretta really loves to swim.

Go La Canada!

 While we were in Palm Spring Eric got a facebook message that La Canada was playing in the CIF semi finals against Palm Springs in Palm Springs. Each couple got to go on a date night, so we went to the basketball game. It was a great game. La Canada one by 1 point in overtime. It as very exciting. 

I guess the last time the went to the CIF finals was in 1995 when some of our friends played on the team. 

Eric and I figured out that the seniors on this team were in kindergarten when Eric was a senior in 1999. Crazy!

They rushed the floor after the game was over.

Palm Spring Children's Museum

 Eliza had so much fun she wanted to go back on Thursday morning too! This Museum is part of the same group as the one in St. Joe's, so we got in free with our St. Joe's pass. Yeah! So why not go back for 1 hour.

 Gretta was so excited to ride the camel all by herself.

 Gretta & Eliza liked combing the goats, but I am not sure the goats liked getting pet. Eliza got butted a few times by some of them. They lady at the zoo told me maybe they thought she was a goat. Hah Hah!  Maybe they are just tired of being in the petting zoo!

 Eliza just loves animals. She chased the bunnies and birds at the condo all week. She can't figure out why they run away when she gets close.

 

 

This type of animal is right up Eliza alley, it's fake!  She just loved sitting on the wart hogs!
