As an MBASA activity we made friendship quilts. We were in groups of 6 and each made a strip with BYU colors (blue, gold, and white). Then we swapped strips. One of the girls accidentally cut her strips wrong, and only ended up with 5, so I gave mine back to her, so I only had 5. Mine is in the middle with the BYU fabric. Then they taught us how to make the quilt. The last time I remember sewing anything was in Jr. High. I borrowed my neighbors sewing machine to make mine. Then I had it machined quilted.
One of the fun parts was working with Lori, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Charity and Marissa. Thanks girls!
What great memories!
