Childproof???

This cupboard is where I keep the medicine, vitamins, and the scissors. I put the scissor in the cupboard after Gretta mastered using scissor a few months ago at preschool. I also put them in the cupboard after a couple of her friends cut their own hair.
This cupboard is the only one in the whole house that I felt was 100% childproof. However the other day after hearing Gretta in the kitchen this is what I found.
She told me she saw the scissors hanging out and wanted to get them out. She was successful.
So much for childproofing???
