Cousin Jessica's Wedding

Uncle Bob & Jessica

The whole Snyder Clan

I flew out this weekend to DC for my first cousin Jessica Snyder's wedding. She married Peter van Geertruyden in St. Micheal's, MD which is on the Eastern Shore. It was a lovely weekend. My dad picked me up at BWI and we made it just in time for the rehearsal dinner which was at the Maritime Museum right on the water. It was fun to see my family and the food was EXCELLENT! Saturday morning we went on a boat ride on the "Patriot" and the to lunch at the Crab-Steak House. Once again the food was excellent.
St. Micheal's is such a charming town and the weather turned out lovely.
The wedding was right on the water at 6pm that evening. They got married at The Inn at Perry Cabin which is where "The Wedding Crashers" was filmed. I wish I had gotten some pictures of the ceremony. Jessica was just stunning and the whole event was beautiful. It was followed by a great reception. It's too bad there aren't any more girl Snyder cousins to get married for a while. It was fun to see everyone. I am not counting on Jeff or John to get married anytime soon.
Sunday morning we went to a nice brunch and then all headed home. It was probably the first and last time we will go to Sunday brunch for Mother's Day with just our little family.
Thanks Dennis & Linda for watching the girls in Provo. They had a great time and enjoyed your visit.

Enjoying our cruise.
