We went with the Moms Club on a tour of Kilwin's ice store downtown St. Joe. Did you know in the summer they fill and empty their deep freezer every week. That is 220 big things of ice cream. I think it works out to about 660 gallons in one week. Crazy! They kids helped make fudge from sugar that comes out of white trash cans and then enjoyed some ice cream. It was a fun event.
