Daddy Day at preschool and our weekend

It was so nice to have Saturday back to family day.
In the morning Eric went to Daddy Day at Preschool. One Saturday a year they invite the Dad's to St. George's to see what the kids do all day. Gretta loved having her Daddy go to school with her. She really loves preschool. In fact, today she was singing me a made of song that when like this..."I love preschool. I love preschool. Yes I do. Yes I do. I love preschool." You get the drift.
Eric also enjoyed meeting Miss Brenda and Miss Anne, Gretta's teachers. For the first 6 weeks of preschool they also had an extra teacher in the room, Miss Billie. Gretta really misses Miss Billie. Hopefully she can come back and subsitute sometime.
Gretta made Eric a nice breakfast.

Playing outside.

In the afternoon we had a fun time doing some house projects together as a family. We went to Ikea to get a part for our TV cabinet. Ikea is such an adventure. They have really thought of everything to get you to come and spend money. We had a nice salmon lunch, and Gretta enjoyed playing with all of the kids toys. I think I might do some Christmas shopping for her at Ikea. They really have some great toys at good prices. After all of the window shopping I was really proud of us for just coming home with the new part we need and nothing else.

Saturday night we went to the Americana and had a great time. Gretta played at the nice play place, we saw the 108 foot tall Christmas tree that they are going to light next weekend, enjoyed an ice cream cone from Rite Aid, and a nice stroll.

Sunday Grandpa Fors came over for dinner because Linda was in Texas visiting her cousin. It was nice to have a quite Sunday night at home with Grandpa. Gretta sure enjoyed his visit.

And Eliza enjoyed a good nap!
