Friday since Eric had the day off of work we decided to take a day trip to Campinas. At first we were planning on going to the beach, but then we were warned that driving to the beach on a National Holiday would take hours!!! My neighbor left on Thursday by car with her kids to beat the traffic and her husband was going to leave Friday morning at 4am and drive his Harley Davidson so he could drive through the traffic. So instead of going to the beach we decided to go to the Mountains. We ended up in just a little bit of traffic too. There was some road construction in the area that caused the slow down. It didn't last for long, but while the traffic was slow I saw quite a lot of this....
