Unscathed!

Michigan has had some crazy weather since we left. Last week 18 inches of snow and a snow day from school and then this week 60 degrees plus and tornado watch. 

Our neighborhood was hit pretty hard with big winds. Everyone lost power, and there was some damage to peoples homes. Lots of lost siding, play sets and decks. 

Amazingly our house came out unscathed. 

Al the property management guy went to look at the house. I was worried that with the power being out that the sub pump would stop working and the basement could flood, but everything was okay.

Also amazingly enough the place house in the back yard wasn't affected by the wind. I am wondering if it was because of our fence. 

My heart goes out to our neighbors who sustained damage.
